SST District Core Ethical Values

SST Organizational Values

We Believe in Character Education

At SST, we believe in teaching character education to our students because it helps them grow into the role models of tomorrow.

Each campus has their own character traits they value to instill in their curriculum, community activities, and extracurricular programs.

Each month is dedicated to a specific core value, allowing us to focus heavily on celebrating and promoting that value throughout the month.

SST College, Career, & Military Readiness Program

The mission of the SST High School CCMR Program is to lead all students to achieve college, career, and military readiness standards. After graduation, students will be set up for success on various paths and inspired to pursue postsecondary opportunities actively.

Throughout the program, all students will be challenged to explore their passions, interests, and talents leading to continued growth and engagement. As a result, all students will be able to identify personal strengths that can be applied to achieve their academic, career, and personal/social goals.

SST High School CCMR Program Beliefs:

Project Lead The Way

PLTW courses begin in third grade. PLTW courses are nationally standardized, project-based courses that prepare students for college-level work and their career paths. PLTW curriculum empowers students to solve real-world challenges through engaging and hands-on learning projects. SST offers PLTW programs in three career pathways: Engineering, Biomedical Science, and Computer Science. Program offerings vary by campus.

HB 3 Board Goals and Plans

At SST we are committed to the development of our students on their educational journey while attending our STEM charter schools. Below are our goals and plans for each district.

Hello SST parents!

A letter from our superintendent

Welcome to a new school year at SST. We are looking forward to opening our doors on the first day of school and seeing our students’ smiling faces in our hallways. This is what keeps us going at SST. We are grateful for all the staff and teachers who returned this year with smiles on their faces and a purpose in their hearts.

If you’re new to SST, you’ll have noticed that Wednesdays we observe a shortened schedule. This is for us to allow for essential training that keeps our teachers at the top of their game and increases their capacity to better serve our students and families.

Our parents are just as important to us as our students. We believe in transparency and open communication. If there’s ever a compliment, question,or concern you would like to share with your campus administrators, we encourage you to visit Let’s Talk in the Contact Us buttons on our websites.

Additionally, I am looking forward to introducing our Parent Perks of Facebook Groups for each of our schools. Stay tuned for details from ParentSquare.

Again, I look forward to what this new school year will bring. I am grateful to be a part of the SST family.
